sesame cold noodle
A light, refreshing meal that’s filling, but won’t make you feel too bloated!
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Flip after 2 minutes.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente. Take out the noodles and rinse in cold water.
Slice the cucumbers, ham, spring onions, and cooked egg into thin slices.
For the sauce, mix the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and pinch of salt into it becomes a smooth consistency. If it is too thick, add a bit of water!
Plate the noodles, sliced toppings, and yummy sesame sauce on the side. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
